Terms

Please make sure you read the End-User License Agreement and Digital Product Agreement before you make a purchase. NOTE THAT DIGITAL CONTENT IS NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JBC (International)

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we do not accept PayPal.

Why don't you accept PayPal?

First, we want to maintain the simplest purchase experience on the web. This isn’t possible if we offer PayPal as a payment method. Second, we want to offer the best customer support in payments. Everyone that interacts with us should have an incredible experience, and it's very difficult for us to maintain this quality when PayPal is involved.

My credit card wasn't accepted, what should I do?

Sometimes a bank may flag an overseas transaction. Usually, a quick call to the bank will fix this issue.

I'm having trouble with the website and/or order form.

This website has been thoroughly tested on all modern browsers. We have had a report of an issue with Internet Explorer 8. IE 8 is 5 years old, and you really should consider updating your browser. This website does however, support IE 9 and higher. We recommend Firefox, as it is the most secure of all browsers. We also do not support Windows XP. Microsoft has announced it will no longer support Windows XP, and as such most others no longer support Windows XP either.

2. Downloading

After you purchase the book a download button will appear. Due to the file size of The Event Handbook, it is advised that you download the file to your computer and then sync to your device. Click the download button to begin the download. Save the file to your downloads folder, or desktop, so you will be able to easily locate the file once it has finished downloading.

You will also receive and email confirmation of your order that will contain a download link. You will receive this email within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder.
